General ticket polices:

• No refunds or exchanges
• No recording devices permitted
• Children 2 years of age and older require a ticket. Please note management of Théâtre Saint-Denis will strictly enforce this policy.
• Lap seating for children under 2 years only. Should you wish for them to occupy a seat, a ticket must be purchased.

Tickets can be purchased online or at:

• Headquarters, Brossard and Laval Jamatkhanas (cash or credit)
• Sherbrooke and Granby Jamatkhanas (Online)
• Ottawa Jamatkhana (Online)

Additional Information:

• The venue offers wheelchair accessible seats. Please inquire with concert volunteers seated in the Social Hall.
• Underground parking available within close proximity of the theatre ($15-$20). Parking link is provided on your email payment confirmation.

The Promo Code is required for ticket purchase.

When making an online purchase you will be required to select your choice of Jamatkhana location to pick up hard copy tickets. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

Your tickets can be picked on Fridays and festival days. Appropriate announcements will also be made in all Jamatkhanas. Please print the purchase confirmation and bring it to Jamatkhana to exchange for your tickets. Concert volunteers will be seated in the Social Hall for distribution.
