Self Care for Healthcare ProvidersTUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2020 – 5:00 pm PT / 6:00 pm MT / 8:00 pm ET The Ismaili Nurses Alliance is pleased to announce a webinar focused on self care for healthcare workers. It will be led by Anar Shariff, a Public Health Nurse who is a yoga instructor, reflexologist, as well as a certified Reiki practitioner. It will be a virtual session, that will provide health care providers with strategies and tools to manage stress through exploring the biophysiological stress response, engaging in breath work, relaxation, asanas, and guided gentle yoga practice.
