Employment Opportunity: Donor Services Representative, AKFC

The Aga Khan Foundation Canada is currently seeking an enthusiastic Donor Services Representative.  Responsibilities will include providing support to the Donor Relations team in tasks such as donor dialogue, solving donor and volunteer queries, data enrichment and integrity, reconciliation and verification of data, and data entry within the Raiser’s Edge (RE) system.

This is a full-time position which requires excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills, dedication, focus, and responsible time management.
