SheLeads Nomination Form

Do you know a girl or woman whose leadership style inspires you? We would like to profile her! Nominate yourself, spouse, sister, family member, and colleague.

The SheLeads program is open to all Members of the Jamat and Multi-Faith Family Members. SheLeads aims to promote and profile patterns of leadership, we profile frameworks of leadership that include girls and women in our community at different stages of the leadership process from changemakers, agents of influence and transformation to agents of inspiration.

Here is a short summary of the process for submitting a nomination:

• Step 1: Fill out this form to nominate a SheLeads profile.
• Step 2: Tell us why your nominee should be profiled on SheLeads and how has she impacted you and/or the community.
• Step 3: Submit the form for the selection process and editing.
• Step 4: The nominee will be contacted by one of our team members, who will ask the nominee for their consent to have their story shared.
• Step 5: Selected nominees will be published in the Digital Al-Akhbar, as well on The Ismaili. Canada website and regional The Ismaili social media platforms.
