The past year and a half has been a challenging time for many of us, from young children in their most formative years to our beloved seniors and everyone in between. We have each been touched by this pandemic in multiple ways, some positive and some not so positive.
In the midst of it all, we have been forced to recognize the importance of looking after ourselves mentally, physically. emotionally and socially. As we process the rapidly changing times we are living through, let us remember the importance of de-stressing and incorporating self-care into our routines. This could be in the form of at-home workouts, calling up a friend, picking up a new hobby or skill, or simply practicing mindfulness techniques to ground oneself and reclaim the calm within.
