Mother’s Day Story Circle: Inter-Generational Storytelling

January 5, 2021 | Canada

Storytelling is an art form that transports the listener to a different reality. Inter-generational storytelling is especially important during times of crisis, when the lived experience of older generations can help pave a path forward towards healing and rebuilding.

In this video, you hear from those who have pivoted challenging situations into opportunities, with inspiring outcomes.  The session was hosted by Farah Nasser, who was accompanied by our storytellers Salima Visram, Salma Tejpar-Dang and Shahsultan Bhimani.
