Dr. Dania Notta, MD, is an Addiction Medicine Fellow with the BC Centre on Substance Use and a family physician. She completed her residency training at the University of Toronto and her medical school training at McMaster University. Dr. Notta’s clinical interests include the integration of addictions care into primary practice.
Jasmine Saleh is a social worker with the Canadian Mental Health Association, working to provide intensive case management support to young adults experiencing challenges with their mental health. She is trained in the areas of assessment (psychosocial, mental status, strengths-based), resource navigation, crisis intervention, supportive counselling, and harm-reduction education. She holds a Master of Social Work from McGill University and a BA from the University of Waterloo.
