Webinar: Self-Compassion – Care for the Caregiver
The Caregiving Network is hosting a webinar on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 6:30p to 8:00pm (PST) to discuss self-compassion and the importance of self-compassion in a caregiving role. The session will be hosted by Jodie McDonald, a consultant with Family Caregivers of BC and an integrative body psychologist. The session will discuss how you can turn the caring and compassion you feel for others towards yourself when you need it most.
