Mindfulness Everyday Help for Caregivers
On May 30, 2017 from 4:00pm to 5:30pm PST, the Caregiver Network will be hosting a webinar to help caregivers learn more about mindfulness and its role in the caregiving journey. Mindfulness creates a space, a pause in which you can respond considerately to situations, rather than react.
