Salima Ladha is the Global Ergonomist at Ford Motor Company. With a career spanning over 20 years, Salima manages the development of global Ergonomics assembly strategies, standards and processes. She is a subject matter expert and oversees the Ergonomics Process in all Global Regions at Ford. Prior to her current role, Salima was an Ergonomics Engineer responsible for Assembly Ergonomics in the upfront new model design at Ford. Salima is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist. Her academic background is in Biomechanics and Ergonomics from the University of Waterloo and a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Toronto. Salima is also a part-time professor in the Advanced Ergonomics Studies Graduate Program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
