- Uncover Your Holland Code: Begin your self-discovery journey by completing the Holland Code Career Quiz. Gain invaluable insights into your personality, interests, and ideal work environments, laying the groundwork for unlocking your true potential.
- Identify Your Passions: Engage in dynamic activities and discussions to explore your interests, strengths, and values. Discover the sparks that ignite your soul and drive your ambitions forward.
- Pursue Your Interests in High School & Beyond: Learn how to transform your interests into actionable goals for high school and beyond. Whether it's selecting extracurricular activities, planning coursework, or exploring post-secondary paths, empower yourself with the tools to navigate your academic and personal journey.
- Empower Parents: Parents are pivotal in supporting their teens' aspirations. Gain valuable insights and strategies to effectively guide and nurture your teen's interests and dreams.

About the Facilitator
Tasneem Damji is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience dedicated to coaching individuals toward opportunities aligned with their passions, skills, and community betterment. She holds a BSc from the University of British Columbia and an MPH from Columbia University. She is a Life-Path Coach at Discover Year, a member of the Admissions Committee for Global Encounters, and a reader of undergraduate applications at the University of British Columbia.
