If so, join the Planning and Performance Management portfolio of the Ismaili Council for BC! Our mandate is to facilitate efficient planning for initiatives by the various boards and portfolios through project, event, and risk management.
We are looking for volunteers for the following positions:
- Project Managers - managing projects, providing coaching to project leads, and assisting in project coordination.
- Program Planners - reviewing program planning, assisting with the budget cycles, program documentation and reporting.
- Event Planners - planning and managing various events.
- Program Evaluation Coordinator - working in a team to coordinate and support monitoring & evaluation activities of various events and projects.
Time commitment required is flexible and can vary from a few hours a week to intensive participation depending on the project and program.
Training, mentoring, coaching, standard tools and templates will be provided to team members.
