Ismailis have been proud to call Canada home for over 40 years. We have come to this country from different parts of the world, at different times, in different circumstances, each of us chasing the promise of a better life. Together, we’ve built a vibrant and strong Canadian Ismaili community that is highly regarded and well respected. As we continue to forge the Canadian Ismaili identity, the Jamati Services Fund helps us connect and support each other across generations, across geographies and across time.
Your generous support of the Jamati Services Fund (JSF) helps to fuel programs that directly impact the quality of life of Ismailis living in Canada. The money you donate allows us to lend a hand to Canadian Ismaili families in need. Through community programming operated by local Council and ITREB institutions, we are able to actively demonstrate the social conscious of Islam by supporting families living in poverty and individuals in crisis.
We are a community bound together by common values and ethics. But we are also a family. Through the Jamati Services Fund we are able to gather regularly as a family to celebrate our individual and collective joys together, share each other’s struggles and work together to build a better future.
