The Ontario Settlement Portfolio is pleased to invite applicants as a mentor or a mentee for the Rahe Kamyabi Initiative (RKI) mentoring program 2019.
RKI matches participants with knowledgeable mentors in the Jamat and hosts targeted workshops, all of which are designed to help participants achieve their personal, financial, educational and career goals at an accelerated pace. Those goals could be towards:
- Successful financial planning for your education;
- Choosing the right courses for a particular career;
- Successful job hunting and resume writing skills;
- Progressing your career by developing good networking skills;
- Improving your public speaking skills; or
- Anything else that will result in your personal, financial, educational or career growth.
The program duration is three months, starting January 2019, over which time, participants will meet with their mentor once a week and attend targeted workshops once a month.
