Jubilee Concerts are a series of global concerts by artists of international calibre and stature, held throughout the Diamond Jubilee year. The concerts remain cognisant of the spirit and significance of the Diamond Jubilee commemoration. Salim and Sulaiman Merchant, two of India's most respected composers, will be coming to Vancouver on March 13, 2018. These music directors have scored more than 100 films, as well as many TV shows and records incorporating cinematic, folk, electronica and sufi influences to their music. The concert has been designed to appeal to a wide variety of Jamati members, with a combination of sufi, pop, qawali and Bollywood songs.
