Program Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skills (Pakistan)
The Aga Khan Foundation is recruiting a Program Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skills based in Pakistan.
As the Program Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skills, the successful candidate will be responsible to:
- Develop a Youth Employment Soft Skills (YESS) and Work Readiness package, drawing on the Aga Khan Foundation’s Youth Entrepreneurship and Employable Skills (YES) program package and other relevant programs.
- Develop a YESS Facilitators Manual, drawing on YES.
- Refine the YES pre-/post-assessment tools to evaluate learners’ acquisition of the intended competencies.
- Deliver virtual training to YESS facilitators from partner organizations on the delivery of YESS content using participatory and active learning methods.
