Associate Director, Outreach The Aga Khan Health Board for Canada’s Outreach portfolio is looking for an Associate Director (AD) to support the portfolio. This position holder will be an integral part of the leadership of this portfolio whose mandate will be to support engagement with external agencies. The AD may also be responsible for planning of programs and overseeing implementation. The AD will plan, coordinate and participate in virtual meetings, conference calls, activities and programs, and will collaborate closely with national and regional health board members, members from other institutional boards and portfolios, and external agencies with whom partnerships exist or will be sought. This role would be responsible for data collection, data management, and analysis. Required skills: background and/or experience in data management and health research, proficient in general computer applications, demonstrates a high level of confidentiality. Bump into SEED Program The Bump into SEED program is a national program that is coordinated by the Aga Khan Health Board for Canada. The goal of Bump into SEED is to improve emotional well-being and social support of pregnant women. We are seeking a Program Manager to provide overall coordination and management to the implementation of the program. The Program Manager will work closely with regional SEED facilitators, Child Health Leads and other team members. Qualifications: - Demonstrated project management skills and experience

Community Wellness Directors The National Youth Coordinating Forum is looking for Community Wellness Directors (CWD) for its virtual camp. The CWD will support participants & facilitators holistically in a virtual camp, monitor engagement, participate in activities and assess any issues/concerns. Required experience skills: - Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (All regional representation – throughout Canada)
- Youth camp experience preferred
- Youth & Adolescent experience in nursing preferred
- All gender representation encouraged
- Interest in developing personal skills in the virtual camp environment (working to build capacity for future camps, both virtual and in-person)

- Work closely with strategic planning teammates in an iterative manner to create and finalize a polished deliverable.
- Master’s degree in public health, health or business administration, social sciences, or related field. (preferred)
- Working knowledge of applicable analysis techniques.
- Experience interpreting and analyzing health system transformation, quality, performance and/or patient safety data to produce clear and comprehensive written analyses for distribution.
