Faaiza Ramji has approached her entire career, consisting of investment banking, roles in tech, broadcast media, and economic development, with a philosophy of, "(n)ever turn and opportunity because you don't know how to do it. You'll miss out on your most exciting work." Today, Faaiza is building OnPurpose, a strategic marketing studio that develops brand and marketing strategies that help organizations operationalize their brands across marketing, business development, and customer experience.

Saima Asif serves as the Managing Director of Client Strategy and Business Planning at the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), one of Canada's largest and most diversified institutional asset managers. She leads a team focused on implementing structured client engagement approaches, planning and executing client strategies, and improving efficiency in client offerings across the organization. Before her current role, Saima successfully spearheaded the transition of multi-billion dollar assets of new clients to AIMCo. She has held leadership roles within AIMCo, including Collateral Management, Client Relations, and Public Market Operations. Before venturing into the investment management industry, Saima developed her skills and expertise in both the manufacturing and service sectors. She holds an MBA and is a distinguished certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Sara Khidri is a graduate of NAIT with an Accounting Degree and is currently working as a Collections Officer at Canada Revenue Agency. She studied both in Pakistan and Canada, is currently expecting her fourth child. Sara loves to walk in nature, listen to music, and play video games in her free time.

Farahnaz Hasan Ali Is the CEO & co-founder of PreggoBox, a pregnancy subscription box company. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she worked at a non-profit organization, and was always looking for ways to do more - so when the world slowed down in 2020, she started a side hustle. Her business was created as a response to the challenges her older sisters faced during pregnancy and postpartum. Growing up, she loved volunteering and giving back to her community. So it makes perfect sense that one of her goals is to become a helping professional in the future, and encourage conversations around postpartum mental health in our South Asian community. Though being an entrepreneur was never on her radar growing up, she is so grateful for the opportunity and has learned so many lessons along the way.
