Current research on aging reveals it is possible to extend healthspan while delaying, and potentially preventing many chronic diseases associated with aging through healthy eating.
Older adults of the Jamat are invited to join us for a 60-minute interactive and engaging webinar with Muneerah Shiraz, a Holistic Nutritionist, licensed Metabolic Balance Coach, and the visionary founder of Wellness Redone. Muneerah specializes in guiding people towards improving their metabolism, fostering excellent health, and igniting energy. Maheen Awadia, co-lead for programming for the National Aga Khan Health Board health promotion portfolio, project manager for the Newcomer English Learning Programs in Southwest Ontario and a Registered Nurse, will be moderating this session.
