Call for Submissions: Winter Wonder

I, as the participant, OR the parent or legal guardian of the named participant (the “Participant”), hereby grant to Islamic Publications Ltd (the “Producer”) any and all rights to use the image, voice, name, or likeness of the Participant (as contained in the film that I have or shall provide of the Participant to the Producer in relation to the music video being produced for The Ismaili digital channels) (the “Film”).

In particular, but without limitation to the above, I hereby acknowledge and agree (on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant) that:

1. Any element or part of the Film can be used by the Producer or its affiliates in any form or medium (including in its own or affiliated public social media channels), in connection with any activities that the Producer sees fit, without the need for the Producer to provide me or the Participant with any further notification or obtain any further approval or consent in relation to the same.

2. Some or all elements of the Film may not ultimately be used by the Producer and there may not be the opportunity to view the final film or the Interview Material.

3. The rights granted herein are irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual and I acknowledge and agree that no compensation of any kind shall be paid in respect thereof.

4. I forever release the Producer from any and all liability for any claims, actions, or losses, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy and violation of publicity rights or personal data that I or the Participant might otherwise have in connection with the use of the Film (including, but not limited to under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or any other applicable personal data or privacy laws.

5. I waive all rights, ownership and interest in any and all elements or parts of or contained in the Film, which shall be the property of the Producer for so long as the Producer may deem necessary or desirable.
