Effective March 18 at 12 pm EST, Canada will deny boarding to all foreign nationals on flights to Canada other than US inbound flights.
If you are outside of Canada:

Canadians stranded or needing emergency assistance abroad should visit this website.
If you are abroad and have a cell phone plan with Rogers, Telus, or Bell turn on roam like home for free to receive texts from Canada Consular Services for instructions.
Everyone arriving in Canada will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.
Anyone who is presenting with symptoms (Canadian or not) will not be allowed to fly to Canada.
Any Canadians who are abroad and healthy are urged to come back to the country as soon as possible.
Ensure that you have sufficient finances and necessities, including medication, in case your travels are disrupted.
Register on the Government of Canada Registration of Canadians Abroad site so you can be notified in case of an emergency abroad or a personal emergency at home

Many countries have put in place restrictions on entering/exiting the country.
Many countries have internal restrictions on travel, or are not allowing people to leave their homes if they are suspected of being exposed to COVID-19.
Many airlines have cancelled flights.
Countries might announce restrictions on travel with little advance warning.
Your travel plans could be severely disrupted and you may be forced to remain outside of Canada longer than expected.
Your costs may be very high if you need hotel, food, or health care if you are forced to remain outside Canada for weeks.
Many countries require that you pay for health care in cash if you are not a citizen.
Many travel insurance policies will not cover COVID-19 infections.
When you are allowed to re-enter Canada, you will be asked to not leave your home for 2 weeks. This will impact your job, family health, and personal quality of life.
Ask your airline or tour operator about your options for cancelling or postponing your trip.
Older people and those with a weakened immune system or underlying medical conditions are at a higher risk of developing severe disease.
