National Volunteer Week 2024

The theme for National Volunteer Week 2024 is Every Moment Matters. It highlights the importance of every volunteer and each contribution they make at a moment when we need support more than ever. The sharing of time, skills, empathy, and creativity is vital to the inclusivity, strength, and wellbeing of our communities. 

For the Ismaili Muslim Community, volunteering is not just a pastime - it's a way of weaving together threads of community service, faith, and personal growth.

Our Jamat is known for its ethic of service and committment to volunteerism, and we are deeply grateful to each and every member of the Jamat who has generously given their time, energy, and resources to countless initiatives over the years. Whether it's caring for seniors in need, organizing blood drives, supporting newcomers or empowering youth, every act of service embodies the spirit of volunteerism that strengthens the fabric of our community. It's said that when we serve others, we gain as much as we give, and we are proud to see our volunteers continue to grow and flourish.
