The Economic Planning Board (EPB) is pleased to announce the 3rd annual Summer Internship Program (SIP 2016). This program provides high performing university students and/or recent graduates who reside in Quebec with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience with an organization in Ottawa. The goal of the program is to provide opportunities to young candidates which are not available in Quebec, with the longer term goal of strengthening the economic resilience and unity of the Jamat.
SIP 2016 will be held from Monday, May 2nd to Friday, July 29th. Candidates will stay with a host family in Ottawa and will receive a stipend, paid by the Council for Canada and employer.
The Quebec Summer Internship Team will evaluate prospective interns and match them with an employer that can utilize their skill sets and interests, resulting in a mutually beneficial experience.
