Granby Center 

Congratulations to Granby center for taking the Grade 6 Granby BUI students to Granby Zoo this past Saturday, April 27th. Thank you to all the volunteers for their generous help and to those who participated in making this field trip a success.

Brossard, Laval, and Sherbrooke Centers
We are excited to announce the upcoming field trip for BUI students in grades 5 and 6 to the Montreal Planétarium. This educational outing will provide a unique opportunity for our students to explore the wonders of Allah's creation and enhance classroom learning through real-world exploration.  

ACTION: We kindly remind all parents that completing the waiver form is a crucial step. Your child's participation depends on it! Ensure you fill out the waiver form by Sunday, May 5th: https://forms.office.com/r/Uqh4eYjVz6?origin=lprLink
 

There is a student fee of $10 to be paid to the BUI team before the trip (the entrance and transportation fees are included).
  

Trip Details per Center: 
 

BROSSARD: May 11, 2024 - Planétarium  

1. Please make sure your child is in Jamatkhana at 9:00am sharp. The bus will leave exactly at 9:00am, so make sure your child doesn’t miss the bus.
2. Please be at Jamatkhana at 2:00pm to pick up your child. 
3. Snacks will be provided by BUI, but students need to bring LUNCH from home and a bottle of water.  
4. Please dress your child appropriately for weather conditions such as cold temperatures, the possibility of rainfall, or other conditions on the walk. 
5. Please remember to send your child's medical card along with them. 

LAVAL: May 11, 2024 - Planétarium  

1. Please make sure your child is at College Letendre at 9:00am sharp. We will leave exactly at 9:15am to take the metro, so make sure your child isn’t missing. 
2. Please be at College Letendre at 2:00pm to pick up your child. 
3. Snacks will be provided by BUI, but students need to bring LUNCH from home and a bottle of water.  
4. Please dress your child appropriately for weather conditions such as cold temperatures, the possibility of rainfall, or other conditions on the walk. 
5. Please remember to send your child's medical card along with them.  

SHERBROOKE: May 11, 2024 – Musée de la Nature et des Sciences de Sherbrooke  

1. Please make sure your child is at Cégep de Sherbrooke at 12:30pm sharp. We will leave exactly at 1:00pm to walk to the museum, so make sure your child isn’t missing. 
2. Please be at Cégep de Sherbrooke at 3:30pm to pick up your child. 
3. Snacks will be provided by BUI.  
4. Please dress your child appropriately for weather conditions such as cold temperatures, the possibility of rainfall, or other conditions on the walk. 
5. Please remember to send your child's medical card along with them.
