About the Facilitator:

A self-taught student of psychology and personal development, and an interlocutor of human dynamics, Ali has been studying and lecturing on the woes and triumphs of human thoughts, emotions and behaviour in Sweden over the last 7 years.  He draws from both Eastern philosophy and Western scientific research to present findings and approaches that foster deeper connection to oneself and by extension, to those near, dear and even those we fear.
