Forces of Art: A Conversation with Zainub Verjee

Zainub Verjee is a laureate of the 2020 Governor General's Visual & Media Arts Award for Outstanding Contribution. With a firm belief that art is a public good, Zainub embodies the impact that the arts carry. Her work has benefited society in multiple ways, including her contributions to institution building, as well as with international instruments for art and culture.
Moderator Haseena Jamal works as a Digital Content Publisher with the CAAT Pension Plan’s Communications team. She previously worked as a Bilingual Communications Assistant for the Ontario Arts Council. Haseena is currently the French Editor of The Ismaili Canada magazine and Co-Chair of the Media & Communications Alliance Canada (MCAC).
