Facets of Faith: Imam’s Love Lights Our Lives

As we approach the 84th birthday of our beloved Hazar Imam, we take this opportunity to reflect upon the Imam-Murid bond and the profound love that is the hallmark of this relationship.

The bond between the Imam and the Murid lights our lives. It has sustained our Jamat throughout our 1400 year history, and continues to sustain us through the challenges we encounter.

Join Alwaeza Parinda Chagani on this week’s episode of Facets of Faith, as she discusses the concept of love based on the Qur’an-e Shariff and Hadiths. She will also share heartwarming stories that speak to the depth of the love between the Imam and the Murid.

Alwaeza Parinda Chagani is a graduate of the International Waezeen Training Program (IWTP) and currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has been a waezeen for over a decade, and has also served in various roles with our Institutions, including Chair of FOCUS Canada, and IVC Captain.

Parinda holds a Masters degree in Health Administration. She is a management consultant by profession, specializing in operational effectiveness and behavioural insights.
