Sundays at the Museum is back with featured virtual programming from #MuseumWithoutWalls
Immerse yourself in art, music, and storytelling:
- Juno-nominated musician, Maryem Tollar, and storyteller, Dawne McFarlane, engage in a lyrical call and response in this impassioned interpretation of a classic Arabic folk tale from One Thousand and One Nights.
- Long-time Museum volunteer, Bashir Lalani, tells the story of his family’s journey to Canada with the help of a favourite object in the Museum’s Collection.
- Finally, delight in a masterful filmed-from-home performance by two expert purveyors of Persian musical traditions, Padideh Ahrarnejad and Ali Massoudi.
