Anxiety is a normal part of life. However, individuals with anxiety disorders often face intense, persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. These can interfere with daily life and can be difficult to control.
The Caregiver Network is offering a webinar hosted by VHA Home HealthCare on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. It will be hosted by Eliza Burroughs, a psychotherapist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. The session will aim to help you discover:
- How to recognize the signs of anxiety
- The nature and causes of anxiety
- Useful tools to help others manage their anxiety
- Community resources you can tap into.
