Jameel Janjua: The Canadian Flying Tourists to Space

Jameel Janjua grew up watching air shows outside of Calgary, then became a fighter pilot in the Canadian Armed Forces. He’s now the first Canadian to pilot a commercial space flight for Virgin Galactic. He spoke to The National’s Ian Hanomansing about his journey in the skies and why space tourism goes beyond the rich.
