Perspectives: A Journey of Faith in a Cosmopolitan Cafe
Perspectives: A Journey of Faith in a Cosmopolitan Cafe
The event, Perspectives: A Journey of Faith in a Cosmopolitan Cafe, entails exploring the first three modules of the Adult Education curriculum, Journeys of Faith. More specifically, the journey that each individual takes in pursuit of seeking responses to the following essential questions:
Who am I, Why am I, and How then shall I live my life?
Facilitated by Dr. Sahir Dewji, the participants will explore these essential questions related to human existence. Dr Dewji will also incorporate excerpts of Mawlana Hazar Imam's Jodidi lecture at Harvard entitled A Cosmopolitan Ethic in a Fragmented World. Our plan is to engage young professionals (18+) in an interactive cafe setting at Ottawa Jamatkhana on a Sunday, May 26 from 10am to 12:30pm.
