Please use this form for all requests to Communications team in Council for Toronto. 

• Submissions may be edited to fit within publication guidelines and style.
• Institutional employment and volunteer opportunities may be submitted through a Digital Al-Akhbar and iiCanada App request below.

Please note the following deadline:

Deadlines:

• Jamati Announcements: By Tuesday at Noon of the same week
• iiCanada website/app: Posted within 3 days
• Digital Al-Akhbar: By Wednesday at Noon of the week prior to publishing (10 days)
• LCD Screen Displays: By Wednesday at Noon of the week prior to publishing (10 days)
• Speeches: 3 weeks
• President's opening/closing remarks: 3 weeks
• Photo/Video requests: 2 weeks
• Graphics Material: 5 weeks (give time for several iterations as deemed necessary)
• Registration Forms: 1 week
• Social Media: 10 days

PP (Project Proposal) approved events:

Events with an existing PP approval require submission of marketing content via the PP system. These include Al-Akhbar, iiCanada app, Jamati Announcements, LCD Screens and Social Media.
