Are you interested in dance and looking to get involved in the North American Ismaili Games in Chicago at the end of the summer? . If you are 16 or older, you will have the opportunity to audition for this year's Edmonton Dance Team. Auditions will be held on July 13th, 2014 at 11am at HQJK. Train. Compete. Unite. Do you have what it takes? This Labour Day weekend (August 28-31st, 2014) approximately 1000 athletes from Canada and the United States will compete at the inaugural North American Ismaili Games in Chicago, Illinois.
Athletes aged 16 and up from 13 regions will have the opportunity to compete in sports such as volleyball, soccer, flag football, swimming, track, badminton and others.
On behalf of the Aga Khan Youth and Sports Board of Edmonton, WE WANT YOU TO REPRESENT OUR CITY AT THIS TOURNAMENT!
Our Edmonton Leads will host try-outs during the month of June and early July. Once you register, you'll also be contacted by your respective Sports Lead with more information about the upcoming games (registration fee, flight, hotels etc).
