CONNECT 2021 Global Virtual Camp
The CONNECT virtual camp will be returning in 2021 for the youth of the global Jamat!
CONNECT is a journey of exploration, learning and creativity, is designed to strengthen connections amongst global youth. Participants will engage in cultural exchange, learn new skills, explore the AKDN, collaborate on creative projects, make new friends, engage in dialogue about current issues, and build for the future.
The camp is for youth between the ages of 14-17, and will take place in July and August 2021. Each session will be seven days long, and will take place for 5.5 hours per day.
Four thematic camps will be offered in 2021:
- Entrepreneurship and Technology
- Health and Wellness
- Arts and Culture
- Climate Change and Environmental Action
Participants may register for up to two programmes (one per week):
July 19-25, 2021:
- Entrepreneurship and Technology, or
- Health and Wellness
August 2-8, 2021:
- Arts and Culture, or
- Climate Change and Environmental Action
Jamati members in university, educators, and professionals are encouraged to apply for various available volunteer positions.
