Severe Storm Warning - Ontario
Tornado warnings were issued in the southwest not long after 11 a.m. as storms crept toward the GTA, but though they were dropped around two hours later, storms are still possible in Ontario.
Severe thunderstorm warnings were still ongoing in multiple locations around the province, and tornado watches were in effect for the Niagara and Dunnville - Caledonia - Haldimand areas at around 1:30 p.m.
Heading into the evening, the risk zone for the strongest storms ranges from just west of Lake Simcoe through the Ottawa Valley, but most of the province has a chance to see at least an isolated severe thunderstorm, beyond what has already been seen in the southwest.
