Help is available. Call the Jamati Access line at 1-888-536-3599 and an intake volunteer will put you in touch with a specialist in the Jamat who can assist you.
Alternatively, you can get help from external agencies by dialing 211 from any phone. A Community Resource Specialist will be available to speak to you and help you find the support you need. All calls to 211 are confidential and can be anonymous (you do not have to give your name if you prefer not to). The specialist will follow up with you to ensure the resource met your need or help you find more services until your needs are met. This service is available 24/7 in 180 languages.
