Future Ready Initiative: Family Mentorship

Imagine a future where every individual in our community has access to comprehensive programs and services to achieve their goals. The Future Ready Initiative is helping to make that dream a reality.

The Family Mentorship Program of the Future Ready Initiative provides families and individuals with the support they need to reach their full potential. This is achieved by using a personalized family plan created by a trained Family Navigator. 

Supporting families and individuals in their development is like planting a seed and watching it grow: With the right guidance, it can become a full and vibrant tree, providing shade and resources to many in the community. Together, we have already made a difference in the lives of over 249 families and are nurturing these seeds of potential into blossoming success.
