Future Ready Initiative: Settlement Excellence

The Settlement Excellence Program of the Future Ready Initiative endeavours to increase awareness of the areas of growth of newcomer families, while providing opportunities and support to enable their successful integration to life in Canada.  The program is structured on the following stages, to enable seamless support to the newcomer families as they assimilate to their new surroundings:

• Pre-arrival
• Initial Adjustment
• Adjustment
• Adaptation
• Integration
