Join us for an event focused on stress and healthy coping featuring Al-Waez Dr. Aman Haji. The event will be held on Saturday, June 15, 4pm to 6pm in the Headquarters Jamatkhana Social Hall.
The event will help you to:
- Learn what stress is, how it can be positive and negative, and what strategies and skills we can use to interpret and manage our stress in a healthy way.
- Understand the difference between "external stressors" and "internal stressors," why the difference is important, and how to identify examples of each in our lives.
- Understand a faith-based approach to stress and healthy coping strategies.
