Global Encounters 2020

Global Encounters, an international camp for Ismaili youth, is now accepting applications for the 2020 cycle. Five camps are being offered in 2020: three camps will be offered in June and July in Kenya, India, and Pakistan and two camps will be offered in December in Kenya and India. The camps will be hosted at the Aga Khan Academies in Mombasa and Hyderabad and the Aga Khan University in Pakistan.

During the programme, students build friendships with brothers and sisters from around the world, volunteer in local communities, see the AKDN’s work in action, and discover what it means to be a global citizen. Students will be immersed in our rich culture and heritage throughout the camp. Youth between the ages of 15 and 17 years are eligible to participate.
