Camps Canada Participant Application

Thank you for expressing an interest in Camps Canada (the “Program”).

Please note that this Application may only be completed by the Participant, their legal guardian, or substitute decision maker. At the end of the Application, you will be asked to confirm that you have legal authority to complete the application process, including providing consent.

For Al-Ummah Canada, there are specific questions that are asked to understand the Participant's interest. We ask that the Participant not the parent or legal guardian answer these questions.

This application is for participants for Camp Discovery, Camp Mosaic, Camp Arabesque and Al-Ummah Canada. For dates, locations, ages, and costs, please visit the individual camp pages.

Camp Information and Eligibility
  • Camp Discovery – ages 6-9
    • Birthdates: Born January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2018
  • Camp Mosaic - ages 10-12
    • Birthdates: Born January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014
    • In addition, those who are born in 2011 can apply if they will be 12 for the entire duration of camp. If born between:
      • Jul 27 - Dec 31, 2011, can apply for:
        • Jul 21-26 / Camp Artaban
        • Jul 21-26 / Kinark Outdoor Centre 1
      • Aug 3 - Dec 31, 2011, can apply for all the above and:
        • Jul 28-Aug 2 / Camp Kannawin 1
        • Jul 28-Aug 2 / Kinark Outdoor Centre 2
      • Aug 10 - Dec 31, 2011 can apply for all of the above and:
        • Aug 4-9 / Camp Kannawin 2​
        • Aug 4-9 / Quebec Location TBD
      • Aug 17 - Dec 31, 2011 can apply for all of the above and:
        • ​Aug 11-16 / Kinark Outdoor Centre 3
  • Camp Arabesque
    • ​Birthdates: Born July 31, 2009 to December 31, 2011
    • Note: Can only attend either Camp Mosaic or Camp Arabesque in summer 2024
  • Al-Ummah Canada - ages 15-18
    • Birthdates: Born  August 11, 2005 to July 30, 2009
    • Grade: Will complete grade 9, 10, 11, or 12 or 1st year CEGEP in June 2024

The Camps Canada Age Policy has been designed to ensure participants are of the age that the camp has been designed for, is in-line with their academic grade and applicable for their current adolescent life-stage.

A date of birth is required for your application to be valid, and proof of age can be requested at any point. If any participant is found to be in contravention of the age requirement for the respective camp, they will be asked to not participate.
