Khatera Hashuri is a business transformation professional with a background in optimizing supply chains, reengineering business processes, and creating operational efficiencies. She has partnered with organizations in aligning strategic vision to execution plans, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure integrated business planning. Over the years, she has worked with organizations in the Mining & Chemical, Pharmaceutical, IT, and Hardware industries.
Khatera began her consulting career in 2013 in the US market. Since 2017, she is has partnered with clients and led global projects in the U.S, Canadian, and European markets. Khatera furthered her knowledge in Global Business with a focus on the Chinese market, and completed her Executive MBA program at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has been involved with different portfolios and projects within the Jamat, including the World Partnership Walk, the Education Board, the Economic Planning board, and the Ismaili Volunteer Corps. Khatera has been recently appointed as National Member on the Aga Khan Youth and Sports Board, on the Aga Khan Council for Canada.
