The Community Development Venture Fund (CDVF) is a private fund founded by independent "impact investors" of the Ismaili community. The CDVF’s mandate is to support the business ventures of entrepreneurs within the Ismaili Jamat through innovative financing solutions. The fund aims to advance the social and economic interests of the Jamat in an ethical and sustainable manner. The fund's typical investment size is $50k to $150k although it will consider smaller amounts on a circumstantial basis. CDVF is directed and managed by a professional group of volunteers.
