Yoga with Alia Jiwani - Episode 1

Spend your break stretching, twisting and breathing and add some calm to the middle of a hectic work day. This session starts with 7 minutes of guided meditation, which leads into our 50 minute yoga practice.

 

Benefits to a mid-day yoga practice include:
