KIN Connection Connector Sign-Up

The Canadian Institutions are launching an opportunity for the youth within our Jamat, ages 10-25 years, to connect virtually and meaningfully with young professionals and members of our community on a range of topics: education, career, purpose, passion, to build community and connection, etc.

If this is of interest to you, we would be so grateful for your commitment and support to our youth, especially during this time. Please sign up to be a connector / mentor using the form below. Time commitment is based entirely on your schedule, and can be adjusted as your personal and professional commitments change. To start, we are asking for a commitment starting Monday, March 23, until Thursday April 30. This commitment can be as little as 45 minutes / week, if your schedule permits.

To participate in KIN Connection, we are asking you to complete the below form, which includes the following information:

• A link to your LinkedIn profile and/or a short bio or description of 2-3 sentences highlighting your personal and professional experience – we will post this to the iiCanada website, and youth in our Jamat will be able to see this before signing up for a time slot
• A few ideas of what you would like to / feel comfortable discussing with our youth. Examples can include: education, career, entrepreneurship, finding purpose, building connection generally, or anything else! These will also be posted with your bio
• Your availability: Please sign up for a free account with Calendly – you will be able to create an individual calendar link, with time slots based on your availability. We will post this individual link with your bio, so youth can choose to sign up for a time slot to connect with you. Instructions can be found here
