Mayor Olivia Chow Visits The Ismaili Centre Toronto
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Her Worship Mayor Olivia Chow and distinguished members of her team, including Jennifer Chan and Yusuf Ingar, for their visit to the Ismaili Centre, Toronto on Friday, May 3.
The discussions were hosted by President of the Aga Khan Council for Canada Ameerally Kassim-Lakha; Director and CEO of the Aga Khan Museum Dr. Ulrike Al-Khamis; and President of the Ismaili Council for Toronto Nimira Dhalwani, along with other community leaders. The productive conversations centered on crucial topics related to the quality of life of Torontonians and Canadians, including dignified care for seniors and multi-generational housing, affordable accommodations, and strategies for enhancing green spaces within our communities.
