Video: The Waitlist Feature on the Jamatkhana Registration Site

The Waitlist feature allows members of the Jamat who wish to attend Jamatkhana to place their name on a list should a spot become available. This avoids having to frequently check the system for availability. The selection is based on a Jamati member’s last date of attendance, giving those that have not recently attended an opportunity to do so, wherever possible.
The feature is available for the next upcoming seating of Jamati ceremonies.
To use the feature:
- Login to your account at the Jamatkhana Registration site.
- From the left-side menu, Click on ‘Waitlist’, directly above the 'JKs with Availability'.
- Select your region and Jamatkhana.
- Select the members of your family you wish to put on the Waitlist.
- ‘Save' your preference.
The Waitlist process runs at 2:00pm local time for that evening’s Jamati ceremonies. If you are allocated a spot via the Waitlist feature, you will receive a confirmation email. After 2:00pm, you can also search “JKs with Availability” for any spots still available for that evening’s ceremonies.
