Join us on Saturday, July 8 at the Ismaili Centre, Vancouver from 10am to 4pm as we celebrate two significant milestones - the 156th 'Canada Day' and 50 years of the Ismaili community's significant presence in Canada. This event promises to be a fun-filled celebration for the whole family, and a chance to celebrate our diverse heritage and shared values. This event is open to everyone!

Dance performances from all over the world.
Keynote addresses from dignitaries including the Mayor of Vancouver, and Mayor of Burnaby.
Youth Activities – bouncy castle and slides, face painting, mini golf, and more!
- 'From Far and Wide: Canadian Voices, presented by KPMG' in the social hall - a speaker series featuring newcomer experiences, youth talks, a Pecha Kucha series, and special address from the Consul General of Portugal.
Tours of the Ismaili Centre, Vancouver.
- A special reprise of the “50 Years of Migration” exhibition showcasing the Ismaili Muslim journey in Canada.
For the first time at the Ismaili Centre Vancouver, this event will feature a diverse array of food trucks highlighting Canada's diversity.
