Mental Health First Aid
The Mental Health First Aid course is an evidence-based certification program accredited by the Mental Health Commission for Canada designed to teach participants how to recognize and help people who are displaying signs of mental health problems or who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
The 2-day course will help build your mental health literacy and equip you with knowledge and skills to respond effectively to individuals showing signs of mental health conditions and provide initial assistance and guidance towards appropriate professional support. It may even enable you to save a life.
Mental Health First Aid for Adults
Time: 8:30am-4:30pm
Course Fee: $75 (includes course materials and refreshments) - Subsidies are available if required.
