Everyone unfortunately has blind spots when it comes to financial planning and investing, selection of next generation leaders, family dynamics, etc. Such blind spots can hinder logic or rational judgment and have negative consequences. 

These are called blind spots for a reason, because you cannot see them. The real tragedy is that we are often totally un-coachable when it comes to dealing with blind spots. We need to be coachable.
